That does happen here.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But this is no different than someone from another country watching 'The Godfather' movie and assuming that that is the way all Americans live. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Eight short years ago, when the dotcom bubble was bursting in and around us in Silicon Valley, California, my wife and I decided to do something different.
