From the pics it looks pretty true to the story and won't expand the storyline too much if you catch my drift.

Looks just like I pictured it....dreary, creepy, depressing. If this holds it will be a great movie.

I'm still only 1/2 through the novel. Is the catastrophe ever explained? I watched a show on the Discover channel about the eruption of a supervolcano and then read the book... the descriptions sound just like it, and the photos look like it too.

Viggo looks old and beat up. I thought he was Kris Kristofferson for a minute there...
