  • Nice job Mike! Good interview.
  • Fantastic interview, Mike. I got goosebumps just hearing the little he did say about the episodes to come.

(Man, that makes me sound like a wuss. Oh well.)

Richards last blog post..Guest post on Pop Critics
  • Wow!!! Mike great write up! This was a total Score!!!! Ha! Get it?! Score?!, see cause Bear writes muscial sco.... ah nevermind.

Great questions, and how cool was it he took time to respond?!? Facinating interview. Its totally cool to hear the stories behind all the wonderful music we hear on BSG. I got goose bumps reading this, recalling the destruction of the Pegasus and the music that accompanied it, it TOTALY made the scene!!!!

I'll DEFINITELY link into Bear's blog to see his take on behind the scenes creation of the music he puts forth, very cool interview, thanks for tuning me into his blog link, well done!
  • My hat is tipped to Bear for taking the time to do this interview for us and to Mike for doing such a great job. Bear's music is absolutely one of the things that makes BSG work the way it does. His blog is a fantastic source of information for those looking to learn more about how musical scoring works.
  • Wow - great job Mike - a well done interview. Funny thing, when I initially went to college back in the day it was for musical composition and conducting. I wanted to write film scores. Oh well, not I'm churning out code like a good Ape trying to become a college professor. :)
  • Code is sort of like composing music :)
  • In a way - but it sounds terrible when you pop in a disc to play in the home stereo...
  • If we had points on the old comment system, I MIGHT give you one for that.

    :)
  • LOL
  • Your stereo doesnt play disks? You still hangin on to the ole 8-track system? And here I thought mo was bad with his HD-DVD.... =)
  • Funny Cap'n - does that humor stay crunchy in milk?
  • Do NOT DIS CEREAL MAN.... There is nothing funny about it!!!! Unless its Laughs, Giggles, and Smiles of course, then its all jokes..
  • Aye, Aye Cap'n Crunch!
  • See cause it was a cereal...
