I'm glad he's leaving. I never liked his character. He was an arrogant jackass. I hope is replacement is a better character and actor.

My wife and I were glad to see Sara gone - that whole father/daughter age difference with Grissom was creepy.

I hate to see Warrick leave. From what I've heard - Dourdan just wants to go and do something different (Broadway?).
