Try comparing it to "Deliver Your Children" by Wings. I had the same unpleasant feeling of knowing I'd heard that tune before but not being able to remember where. I am not sure if "Deliver Your Children" is the match I was looking for, but it's a start. It has some similar elements.

it's been getting pretty heavy rotation on mtv and vh1. that is when they actually show videos. doesn't the magnifying glass on his teeth part freak you out? it looks like mad magazine to me!
