And yes, now I am fully caught up. Of course, my life has been on hold for two weeks, as we watched BSG in every available minute. Mike doesn't have clean socks but seems content nonetheless. Ah, the miracle of the gods.

I don't mind waiting a week for a two hour finale. Heck, I might skip the 15th and watch three hours on the 29th just so I don't forget anything.

And I don't really think that's a spoiler in the quote. They've been telling anyone who will listen that they would tell us that information by the end of this season. Now if YOU had given us the information - that would be a spoiler... :)
