I thought it was okay, but I don't see how it was considered a comedy. Overall, I thought it was pretty forgettable even with the great cast.

Re: Movie Review: “Charlie Wilson’s War” (2007)

I wont watch it and I wont let that stuff go :)

Also, the 25% on Rotten Tomatoes kind of makes me think it's not worth seeing :)

Re: Movie Review: “Charlie Wilson’s War” (2007)

Scott's last blog post..Assigned Reading: The 4 Hour Workweek

Re: Movie Review: “Charlie Wilson’s War” (2007)

The story is fun, but the middle gets bogged down with a few chapters of the explanation of it all, which is where I had issues with it.

There is no lying that the story itself was a good little plot, but the idea behind the way Brown made it appear factual is what bothered me afterwards.

People read it and believed it.

Re: Movie Review: “Charlie Wilson’s War” (2007)

Donald Case's last blog post..TRUtv Launches in 5 Days. Besides, I heard it was pretty bad and I find it hard to spend money on worthless movies :)

Now, if someone were to pay me to review EVERY movie, then I'd probably see those :)

Re: Movie Review: “Charlie Wilson’s War” (2007)

Why the refusal to see The Di Vinci Code?
