Kimmell no doubt. West Coast, Gen-Xish, just an everyman. I loved the Man Show as well.

The Man Show was awesome. I love Kimmel and I've been watching Letterman since the original Late Night in the 80's. Yes, I know this dates me, but he was great then as well as now.
Craig Ferguson is good too, but I rarely make it that late. ;-)
