Yes, clueless is a better way to put it. Michael does show some signs of being a decent salesman from time to time - except for the whole gift basket idea :-)

I am in such withdrawal that I've been recording and watching the reruns on TBS that I have already seen numerous times. The basketball episode aired the other night (one of my favorites). Has anyone noticed how they toned down Michael's "jerkiness" since the beginning of the series? He was actually a little mean-spirited in the beginning of the series rather than just stupid and self-centered to an extent.
