Ok I have only seen the first 45mins of Fringe, why because..... Is the bald guy like the Watcher from Marvel Comics? Does he have a huge head and wear a toga?

The bald man was the guy from last week's episode that was in all the
pictures.

I'm not sure how "important" it was, but the fact that he's always around
these big events is meaningful, and we know he was around this one too.

Also Eli Stone returned last night. Haven't watched it yet, but it was a fun new show from last season.
